Q: I want to cancel my subscription.
A: Debbi believes in making it easy to cancel your membership, but we will miss you! Did you have a problem with our site? You can tell us about it at support@foxyfighter.com. You must cancel four (4) days before the start of the next rebilling period to avoid being billed for an additional 30 day period.Please note that if you cancel anytime within a 30 day period, you will continue to have access to the site until your billing period expires, and you will not be re-billed again. We cannot offer pro-rated or other refunds for unused portions of a 30 day membership period. Remember, if you signed up by 900 number, you are only charged for a single 30-day membership and will never be rebilled. Cancellation is only for members subscribing via credit card.

Q: I want to cancel my subscription, but I don't remember my username or password.
A: If you wish to cancel your subscription, but don't have your username or password, you need to have the credit card number, the amount of the transaction, and the date it was billed to you. Take down the information, and enter it on iBill's customer service website to cancel your account.
